Q: What is your return and refund policy?

A: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our luxury products, all sales are final. We maintain a strict No Return, No Refund Policy once an order has been delivered and accepted.

• We DO NOT offer cash refunds or store credits.
• The only exception is receiving a damaged/leaking product or an incorrect item. In these rare cases, we offer a replacement product only.

Q: How do I claim a replacement for a damaged or incorrect product?

A: You must follow a mandatory 4-step claim process within 24 hours of delivery:

1. Record Unboxing: Create a clear, continuous, unedited video showing the package being opened, the shipping label, and the damage or incorrect item.

4. Resolution: Our team will review the evidence. If the claim is approved, we will ship a fresh, identical replacement product to you at no extra charge.
